Mr. Boettcher spent a decade as a commercial real estate (CRE) lender and banker with Michigan National and its successors.
While a CRE lender, he put himself through law school; earned his real estate broker's license and his mortgage broker's license.
He has assisted clients refinancing homes they were nearly about to lose and has counseled clients worth hundreds of millions of dollars. In both arenas, his approach is the same, that of exceeding his customer’s expectations.
